Germanic People and
Romans
The Romans met the Germanic people 2000 years
ago. The
Roman soldiers tried to occupy the whole Germanic area, but they didn't
succeed. Therefore during a period of hundreds of years Germanic people
and Romans lived in close contact. The presentation shows interesting
peculiarities of
the Germanic culture and gives an impression of the development of the
interaction between the Germanic and Roman world.
